This Privacy Policy explains what data Strehl collects, why, and how it is used and protected.

1. What we collect

• Account information — your name, work email, and company name when you sign up.
• Company brand material — your website URL and the public content read from it (colours, imagery, product facts) used to build your brand profile.
• Taste and preference data — the content categories and sample posts you select or swipe on, used to build your taste profile.
• Connected account access — OAuth access tokens for the LinkedIn and X accounts you connect, used solely to publish content on your behalf.
• Payment information — handled directly by our payment processors (Razorpay and/or Dodo Payments); we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
• Reference video and voice data (only if you use the founder speaking video add-on) — a video and voice sample you submit, used to generate a likeness and voice clone for your speaking videos.

2. How we use it

We use your data to build your brand and taste profile, generate and publish content to your connected accounts, process payments, provide support, and improve the accuracy and quality of Strehl's output. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Reference video and voice data

Video and voice samples submitted for the founder speaking video add-on are used only to generate your requested videos and are processed through our AI generation and voice-cloning providers under their own data-processing terms. You may request deletion of this data at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-party processors

Strehl relies on third-party providers to operate: AI generation and voice providers to produce content, LinkedIn and X to publish it, and Razorpay / Dodo Payments to process payments. Each processes the data necessary to perform its function under its own privacy terms.

5. Data retention

We retain account, brand and taste-profile data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation to allow reactivation, after which it is deleted on request or after a standard retention period.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and can revoke LinkedIn or X access at any time from your account or directly on those platforms. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and access controls limiting who can view customer data.
